This Privacy Policy explains how Riverpoint Marketing Inc. ("Riverpoint", "we") collects, uses and protects information about visitors to riverpoint.marketing and clients of our Services. We are a Delaware corporation with our registered office at 8 The Green STER, Dover, Kent County, DE 19901, USA.

1. Information We Collect

You provide to us: name, work email, phone, company, project details, budget range and any other information you submit through our contact form, email or in the course of an engagement.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location, gathered through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).

From third parties: publicly available business information (e.g. LinkedIn, company websites) used to qualify and prepare for inbound inquiries.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to project inquiries and provide proposals.
  • To deliver, manage and improve our Services under signed SOWs.
  • To send our monthly journal email (only if you opt in).
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • To protect our rights and prevent fraud.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
